Today was Logan's Let's Play Music Recital. He just completed the 2nd year of the 3 year music program and has loved every minute of it! This past year mainly focused on learning how to identify music notes by both reading and listening to the music and learning how to play the music on the keyboard. They also have learned a lot of fun new songs. Logan is really getting the hang of it and it amazes me how much he has learned and retained this year! Mrs. Renae is a wonderful teacher and we just love her! One more year to go and Logan will be ready to move on to piano lessons, which should be a breeze with the groundwork this program has provided.
Logan had a special part in the program where he played "When the Saints Go Marching" on the keyboard along with one other boy. He did a wonderful job!
Way to go Logi! We are so proud of you!
