Celebrating our 8th Anniversary in Vegas

Wow! It has been 8 years with my one and only Benny Boo Boo Bear and I couldn't be happier! I feel blessed each and every day that I am married to this amazing man for all time and eternity! To celebrate our anniversary, we decided to head to Vegas for a quick weekend. The Ropers and the Nygards came too which was a lot of fun!
We stayed at Trump Towers, which was really nice. We hit up all of our faves like, Serendipity, Fashion Show Mall, and did a little bit of strip walking.

Here is Jen in line to get Rob Kardashian's autograph. She was sooo excited!
Time for the main event, Cirque du Soliel's Michael Jackson One show. It was AMAZING!!! Best Cirque show ever!
Julie was especially stoked since she has been obsessed with MJ for most of her life. Too bad it wasn't him in the flesh, but this show was definitely the next best thing. Julie actually cried through most of the show...my cute and obsessed much sister;)

It was so fun to see this show with my sisters! The music was very nostalgic and the show was incredible!

Before the show started, Benny's face ended up on the screen of tabloids. So funny!

This anniversary was so much fun with my Benny, of course, sisters, and hubbies! Happy Anniversary Benny, I love you so much! Thank you so much Sam and Emily for watching the kiddos! They didn't miss us for one second!:)
When we got home, I had to take little Daners to a nighttime Urgent Care. He was having an asthma flare up and I was out of albuterol because we haven't had to use it in soooo long. Never again will I not have that on hand. He was just fine after he got a treatment. He and the rest of the boys had so much fun with Sam and Emily. Thanks again guys! There's never a dull moment at our house with these little stinkers;)

Logan's Kindergarten Graduation

I cannot believe that today is Logan's Kindergarten graduation day! He has learned soooo much this year and loves school! He really is becoming a great little reader, is great at math, does very well on his phonogram and spelling tests (gets a 100% almost every time), has improved his handwriting skills incredibly, and loves recess, PE, art, and music. Logi has made a lot of new friends and has really enjoyed this year. I am so happy that we decided to put him in Kindergarten last minute because he was more than ready! Next year may be a shock when he is going to full day 1st grade, but I am sure he will adjust quickly. We are so proud of our little Logi! It was so funny, on the graduation program it listed what all of the kids in his class want to be when they grow up. Logan put that he wants to be a Monster Truck Driver...ha! We'll see what the future has in store for him, big things I am sure:)

The End of Another Soccer Season

This was Logan's 9th soccer season!!! It is crazy he has been playing that long and he still LOVES it!!! He also loves his team and Coach Chris and has been playing with them for quite a few seasons now. Logan becomes more aggressive each season and is really learning how to play the game. He still is better defensively, but is getting better and better offensively. His games are so fun to watch now that he is getting older and I think that they only lost once or twice the whole season. Way to go Logs!!!

This was Dane's 3rd season and I think he is still deciding if he likes to play or not. He goes in and out of caring and trying, which can be frustrating for all of us. So, we decided to take the next season off for Dane and see if he wants to play the next one. We do not want to force our kids to participate in any sports unless they enjoy it and want to play. We'll see what he wants to do and maybe soccer isn't his sport and we'll need to try something else. When he tries though he is a great little soccer player, so we'll see:) Daners we are proud of you no matter what you do!:)
