Since Sam and Emily's wedding day at the Mesa temple was soon approaching, we were lucky enough to have almost all of the Bryners stay with us for most of the week! The only one missing was Sam Ruffin who was sick and not able to fly. We were sad he couldn't make it, but thrilled to have everyone else including Tamsin and Emma who we haven't seen in a while! Throughout most of the week, we had 8 Bryners (besides our family of 5) staying with us and by the end of the week we had 11!!! It was a full house, but so much fun to all stay together! Here are some pictures from thoughout the week. Sadly, there aren't a lot of pics of little Emma and Tamsin because Emma got a double ear infection the first day she arrived and was very sick almost the entire time. Poor little girl:(

Happy 2nd Birthday Beau Beau!
My sweet little Beau Beau is 2!!! Sadly, the poor little guy had a 103 degree temp on his birthday. That may explain why he looks pretty grumpy in most of his b-day pics except for this one. The day before his birthday, I took him to the doctor and they said it was just a virus so he has had to tough it out...poor baby:( Nobody is allowed to be sick on their birthday!!!
We still planned to go to Barro's Pizza with the Ropers, Chris (Ju and Jax were in UT for the weekend), and Sam and his fiance' Emily.
Poor Beau Beau did not have much fun at his party and didn't even eat any cake! But, all of the rest of the kids did!
Casey bugs loved the cupcakes!!!
Just a little bugged about getting his picture taken:)
Beau did enjoy opening presents...especially the Monster Truck!!!
After the party, he took a long nap and felt much better. He loved his new car track that mom and dad got him:)
He managed to have some fun on his birthday and started to feel completely better a couple days later. My poor sicky baby:(
Right now Beau Loves:
Binkie and blankie (we are waiting until after our Hawaii trip to pull the binkie. Beau will still be madly in love with and carrying around his blankie when he is a dad himself!;))
Mommy, Daddy, and brothers (yes, we are 2nd to binkie and blankie)
Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles, cousins...the whole fam!
Playing cars and carrying them around everywhere with him
Choo choos
"Finding Nemo" anything!
"Toy Story" anything and everything!
Making animal sounds
Reading stories
Playing with his brothers and cousins
Slides and swings at the park or backyard
To color
Playing in the mud and getting completly filthy!
Rough housing and being crazy with his brothers
Dancing
Blow and give kisses
Go places with mom (he says, "I wanna come")
Stuffed animals and his baby
To look at his birthday cards
When daddy comes home!
Singing "Rock a Bye Your Bear"
Tubby time (but not swimming)
Doing puzzles
Doing puzzles
RICE!!! (fave food right now!!!)
Mac n Cheese
Green beans
Fruit snacks (he calls them "snackies")
Fries
Apple sauce
Animal crackers
Soup
Bananas
Chocolate
Avocado, especially guacamole (he got a lot of that in utero!)
Hot dogs (he likes to stack them too!)
Right now Beau doesn't like:
To swim
Get changed on his changing table
Not have binkie and blankie
When mom holds another baby
Brushing his teeth
Brushing his teeth
When brothers/cousins tease/pick on him
Popcorn (very un-Bryner like, weird)
I am sure there are more likes and dislikes, but for now, those are the standouts. We love this little guy so much and feel so incredibly blessed that he is ours. He bring so much joy and happiness into our family with his sweet and silly little personality. He is as cute as a bug and will forever be my Beau Beau Bugs!!! Happy 2nd Birthday my little angel:) We love you and are so proud of you!

Phoenix Half Marathon
About a week into Jen's radiation, she decided she was going to run a half marathon. Many people felt inspired by Jen's determination to run this great distance only a couple months after finishing radiation and only 6 months post brain surgery! She was bound and determined despite how hard it was to train. Ben, Matt, and many of her friends ran in support of her and all wore "Team Jen" shirts that also said, "No body fights alone." I wanted to run too, but since I am pregnant, I was happy to be a cheer leader and witness this remarkable event!
Jen pranced across the finish line with a skip in her step and without a drop off sweat on her brow! She made it look soooo easy!!! She ran it in about 2 hours and 10 min, which is soooo AMAZING!!! The sight of her running brought tears to my eyes. She has come so far and has been through so much since her diagnosis. I am so incredibly proud of her and inspired by her physical and spiritual strength every day!
Way to go Benny! He did an amazing job considering he only ran 3 times before the race. In true Benny fashion, he didn't train, but managed to pull through:) I am proud of Benny for being willing to do this to support Jen despite his lack of training. I am very proud of my sweet hubby:)
I love my sister so much and am so proud of her:)
Jen smoked these guys! They all came in around 2 hours and 30 minutes, which is also amazing!Great job guys!!! I have major respect for anyone willing to run anything over 5 miles!
It was fun to be the cheer leader with our boys. Maybe next time I will be running with Jen too. Congrats Jen, Matt, Benny, and all of the friends that ran as well! You are all amazing...especially Jen!!!

Field Trips
Today, Dane went on his first field trip! His preschool class went to the Chandler Fire Station. He loved it!
Dane with his teacher (Mrs. LaDon Dieu) that he loves!
Later in the week, Logan also had a field trip with his Kindergarten class to Superstition Farms. He was sooooo excited to go and especially thrilled about getting to bring a sack lunch! He did a great job helping me prepare it and he wrote his own name on the bag very nicely:)
It was so cute, Logan really wanted me to come along. Unfortunately, I wasn't chosen by his teacher to chaperon. Maybe next time:) I love how he still gets so excited about stuff like this:)
