Really, where has the time gone!?!? How is my baby already going to first grade??? No more half days either:( He now is in school ALL day 8:30am to 3pm!!! So sad, but he is soooo ready to be a big boy and go to school all day. I guess I have to let my little bird spread his wings whether I like it or not.
Logan and Burkley are the cutest little friends! They aren't in the same 1st grade class, but we carpool together and they are in the same church class.
Love this little goof ball and I am so excited to see what this school year will bring. He was SO excited to start school again!
Here are some of Logan's best friends (Tyler, Tate, and Kyson). Sadly, they don't go to school together anymore, but he LOVES to play with them at every opportunity. This is them at Tyler Yost's (one of my best friend's, Michelle, son) birthday party that was later in the week. Such cute boys! Logan is such a little social butterfly and was so excited to start school and meet new friends. I love how he is nice to EVERYONE and loves to make friends. He is fearless socially, physically (scares me sometimes), and academically. He loves to be challenged in everything and is quite the perfectionist. He gets really frustrated when he doesn't immediately understand something, but refuses to give up and quickly picks up on it. He has an understanding of concepts beyond his years both socially, spiritually, and academically. It blows me away the things that come out of his mouth! His memory amazes me! He absorbs almost everything. He is our little smarty pants and has a heart of gold! Such a love bug:)
Logan LOVED his first day of 1st grade, which wasn't a surprise. He said it was "AWESOME" and that he had a lot of fun! He especially loved eating lunch at school and recess, of course! He made some new friends and had some of his friends from Kindergarten in his class too. He loves his new teacher and it looks like it is going to be a great year!
I love these pictures! It melts my heart at what an amazing big brother Logan is. He is so sweet, loving, and protective of all of his brothers...especially his new baby Reid!

This is what Beau does when Log and Dane are at school. He has full reign of the Hot Wheels track and ipad and wears his backpack as he plays. I think he kind of likes the alone time with me, Reid, and his toys:)
