Thanksgiving 2011

This year, Thanksgiving was at our house and we were so happy that so many family members were able to come and make the day extra special! We had my Grandma and Grandpa Rasmussen, dad & Paula, Julie & Jaxon, the Ropers & Larry, and Sam all over for dinner! It was chaotic, but what is a big family get together without chaos! We all had a wonderful time and the food turned out perfectly mainly thanks to Ben and Jen!

 Beau's first Thanksgiving:)
Beau adores his Ampa! He sat by him the majority of the day...happy as a clam!

Thanks Grandma and Paula for helping me set the table!

 A place for everyone:)
 Giving thanks!
The Kid Table...it didn't look this way for long! Um, about 2 seconds:)
Not like Beau sat there, but it was in honor of his first Thanksgiving:)

 Ry and Jax's table

It was such a special treat to have my grandparents there!

 Such cute little Indians!
Jaxey is so big now...such a cutie!
Matt and Larry carving the turkey

 Four generations!
 Finally time to eat!

Time to burn off the turkey!

Taylor's Blessing

Right after we got home from California, Annette, Brent, and Katie came to town for baby Taylor's blessing. Everyone stayed at our house for a couple days and then headed to Tuscon for the blessing.

Unfortunately, Beau and Dane both had 103 temps so Ben and Logan represented our family at the blessing. I was so sad to miss it, but thankful for the pictures! What a cutie!!!

Taylor is such a beautiful and sweet little girl! We are so happy to have another member of the growing Bryner bunch!!! Next up with the Bryners...Christmas in UT! Can't wait!

Disneyland!

So, according to some seasoned Disneylanders and a few websites, the week after Halloween is a great time to go to Disneyland and the predictions were...right! We practically walked onto every ride...it was great! The longest we had to wait was about 20 minutes max. You can't beat that! It makes me never want to go during peak time ever again, especially with little kids!
We went with the Ropers to celebrate mine, Seth, Matt, and Wade's birthdays. We even did a special cake decorating birthday party with Mickey and friends that was fun! It was a quick trip, but we certainly got our money's worth!
If you notice, Trent it missing from our family pic above. He was chasing Pluto somewhere and we didn't realize he was gone until after we took the pic. Little Treny is notorious for taking off unannounced. So much so, Matt wrote his cell phone number on Trent's arm so that whoever finds him would know who to call. Later, after his first disappearing act, a Disneyland worker gave him a birthday button with his phone number written on it. All day everyone, including him, thought it was his birthday (which isn't until May)...
he is too cute:)

We felt like celebs with all of our pictures with the characters! We will definitely go this time of year again!
